New Feature

[VA-6427] - Repost COGS amounts on order shipments when a bill linked to a shipment is posted and the value of the inventory is different from received amount. Activiate using new setting in Setup, Bills.  Allow backordered PO to be received with SO when SO is shipped.
[VA-7037] - User can specify the cash account that can be used in the new payment receipt page. New setting in setup, payment receipts
[VA-7186] - After receiving a serialized product from transfer order, the status of the inventory item is set to Pending Receipt
