[VA-9197] - Email logging for PO created from SO

• In Versa when a purchase order is created from SO, and you send an email to a supplier a live link is now a part of the e-Mail and then the email is logged as an event.

[VA-9221] - Display related sales order line for a quote line

• Versa will now Show a link to the related sales order at the bottom of a displayed quote item line.

[VA-9223] - Show all Ava-Tax entity use code at transactions

• Versa will now show the AvaTax entity use code from the invoice, order , quote header pages if applicable. 
• This field can also be used to update or override the AvaTax Entity use code at the transaction level.
