Release Notes

[VA-9166] - Under Dimension assignment separate the fields to Purchase order and Sales order instead of it just being order

• Under dimension assignment Versa has now enables separate fields for Purchase orders, Purchase order item and Sales orders, Sales order item.

[VA-9098] - Atek: Show cost for non-inventoried products and show user name for SO, and create data-source for events

• In Versa for the report Sales Agent Summary by Customer and by Product, if a product is a non-inventoried product, Versa will pull the cost from a recent purchase order.
• When Setup>Feature Settings>Document life cycle logging is on for sales order. Versa will log sales order creation as an event and user can view the events in /events and display the user name to the event listing page.
• Versa has also created a new data source with the name and title "Event Listing ", description is "A list of various events the system has logged for your company". This will enable users to create a custom report for the event listing logs.

[VA-9275] - Add link to convert inventory into a different unit in the inventory history tab for an new order item

• Versa has added an option to enable users to convert inventory to a different unit from the inventory history tab in the line item of a Sales order. The convert link will open in a new window.

[VA-9278] - Add product category as new column to Sales by Product & service report

• Versa has added product category as a new column to the Sales by Product & Services Report

[VA-9286] - Auto allocate quantity on sales order when a related PO is received.

• Versa has added a new setting to Setup> Feature Settings> PO Shipment Receipts> "Allocate Quantity To Sales Order When Linked Purchase Order Is Received" Tooltip "When a linked PO is received, the quantity receiving on the PO is automatically allocated to the sales order"
• When a shipment receipt is posted and it has a linked sales order item (when the PO is created from the SO item via the backorders association), allocate the quantity to the SO automatically. This is done so the linked SO will guarantee to have the quantity reserved.

[VA-9290] - On Picklist form sort by bin location but if there is not bin location then sort by line#

• In Versa the picklist will sort the items by bin locations and if there is not a bin location then the line items will be arranged as per line number

[VA-9303] - Add facility filter to product back order report

• In Versa user can filter one or more facility and also change the option show all unshipped order to 'Show All Products With Unshipped Qty' . When this option is not checked, only products with Unshipped SO qty is included in the report.
