[VA-9453] - Add setting to scroll long picklist with scrollbar

• Versa has added a new setting for longer picklists, where the user will be able to scroll through picklist items if you prefer the original picklist this setting can be turned off.

[VA-9454] - Add new setting to control sorting orders for picklist items

• In Versa there is a new selectable setting "Sort Picklist Items by".
• Under this setting Versa has now added 3 options. The list of 3 options are:

1. Bin Location
2. Part Numbers
3. Order Line Number.
