[VA-9466] - Print node enhancements

• Versa has added a new Firm Feature for 'Print Node Integration'. This is a firm-level feature, please contact Versa Support to learn more.
• When listing printers on the network printers page, show the computer the printer originated from. The format is printer description space printer.computer.name. This allows the user to tell if a printer is from his machine or a different machine.
• In some cases, the user might want to choose a different printer from another user. (2 users both have printers they connected to their machine with the print node client installed ). The Network printer page will only show printers created by the current user. A user can choose to use a printer connected to his machine or connected from another machine.
• Versa has added a new option 'Network Printers' after User Preference in the menu. When fetching a printer to use for different document types, always pass in the current user ID to get the printer.
• When viewing print jobs, we should also list the computer the print job is created from. Sort the jobs by computer name first and then by job id.
• Allow user to choose invoice to be printed via Print Node
• Versa will allow the user to print another type of document so rather than asking the user to choose one printer per document type, Versa has added a document type called "other" which is a catch-all type that is for other documents that is not a label, pick list and shipping label.
• Users will be able to specify the printer to use for Other documents. The immediate need is to print invoices so make printing of invoices that reads the setting for another document type. There are various links to print invoices. From the invoice listing page, (drop-down menu from view button), invoice show/edit view. After the shipment is posted, there is a link to view the invoice.

[VA-9491] - Use new dimension on added to non-inventoried products

• When a kit is shipped (it is a non-inventoried product), if the kit product has dimension stored and only one unit of the kit is shipped and all the kit items of the kit are in one package, we will default the shipment package dimension (height, weight, depth) to be the same as the dimension for the kit.
• This saves the user the trouble of entering the dimensions of the kit product.

[VA-9445] - Make non-taxable reason available to import in bill line items

• In Versa users can import bills from Tools>Imports Exports.
• If a bill is not taxable, a field stores the non-taxable reasons (bill item non-taxable reason) for the bill item.
• Versa has now added a new field "Non Taxable Reason" to the import file template which will enable the users to import the Non-Taxable reasons for the bills

[VA-9462] - Sales Tax Report Add columns

• Versa has added 2 new columns to the "Sales Tax on Invoices" report columns
