You can configure Versa Cloud to use your own email account to send invoices, orders, and quotes. Go to Setup, and under Integrations choose Email Account. On the email setting page, you will be asked to enter the following information:
Host Name: This is the server that VersAccounts needs to connect to. (smtp.gmail.com for example)
Port: Port number to use for connection
From name: You can enter your email address or your name. If not sure, use your email address.
User name: This is typically your email address.
Password: Your password.
Authentication Type : Normally this would be login, try plain if email is not sending.
TLS: If TLS encryption is required. If you are not sure about this setting, try it on first. If email is not sending, change it back to off.
Save the email setting and then click on the Send test email to send a test email using your account. If you can see the test email, then the email setting is correct.
If you know which company is providing your email service, you can contact their support to get the information above. Such information is also used by email programs like MS Outlook, Thunderbird . So you can try to find the setting from the email programs.
If you are using Gmail or Google app for business, the settings would be
Host Name: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587
From name: Enter your name
User name: Enter your email address
Password: Your password.
Authentication Type : plain
TLS: On.
If you are using office365.com, the settings would be
Host Name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
From name: Enter your email address
User name: Enter your email address
Password: Your password.
Authentication Type : login
TLS: On.

Host Name: smtpout.secureserver.net
Port: 80
From name: Enter your email address. Important otherwise sending email might fail.
User name: Enter your email address
Password: Your password.
Authentication Type : plain
TLS: off (unchecked)
