Import of Facilities(warehouse)

To bring in a list of Facilities (warehouse that you keep inventory in), you would use the facilities.csv file. You must have at least one single facility. If you do not have more than one warehouse, there is no need to import since Versaccounts automatically creates a facility with the code WHS when your account is first setup.

Here are the columns in the file. * fields are required . The first row in the csv file should be the main facility you store inventory in.
company_name*:  A short name of the facility.
address_line_1*: Address of the facility
address_line_2:
address_line_3:
city*: City of the facility
province_state: Province/State of the facility
postal_zip_code: Zip/Postal code of the facility
contact_number_: Phone number
facility_type*:  Type of the warehouse. You can define as many types as required. For example, Retail store, Plant or Bin
code*: A short code as a quick reference to the facility
comments: Description of the facility
