Customizing Financial Reports in Versa Cloud ERP.
In Versa, you have access to financial reports provided by the system. You can further customize it yourself.
This walk through video shows you how to create your own customized financial report.
References for Columns in Exported CSV
row id: This needs to be a unique number for each row. Row id is used to sort the line in the report and in the group it belongs to.
line name: This is used for lines that are just title
account_name: This is the name of the account to show balances for in the line. It can be blank if line name is provided
number_border_style: The border style you can apply to balances are : Bottom, Top, Double Bottom . This will either topline , underline, double underline your numbers.
bold: either TRUE of FALSE to bold the text in the line
font size: Make the number bigger to make the text for the line bigger. Default number is 5
show_currency_symbol: Either TRUE of FALSE to append the currency symbol in front of numbers.
plus account numbers: Can be blank for line that is just title. If provided, it can be either one account number or multiple account numbers separate by comma. If one account number is provided, the line will show the balance of the single account. If more than one account numbers are provided, the line will show the total of balances from all accounts.
minus account numbers: Can be blank for line that is just title. If provided, it can be either one account number or multiple account numbers separate by comma. If one account number is provided, the line will show the balance of the single account as a negative number. If more than one account numbers are provided, the line will show the total of balances from all accounts as a negative number. If both plus account numbers and minus account numbers are provided, the system will take the total balance of all the plus accounts and the minus the total of total balance of the minus account.
