Quote items in quote form

Quote item relates to a quote. A quote can have many quote items.

Quote item has the following fields:

id: Id of the line.
product: Product the quote item is related to.
firm: Firm the quote belongs to.
quantity: Quantity of the product on the quote item.
measurement_unit: Unit of the product
per_unit_cost: Unit cost,
line_item_value: Total of the quote item.
quote_item_applied_taxes: A list of taxes on the quote item.
note_a: Note a field.
note_b: Note b field.
public_custom_fields_list: A list of custom fields related to the quote item.
line_item_value_before_adjustments: Total of the quote item before adjustments.
adjustments_total: Total of all adjustments.
