Common Errors and Resolutions

Customer not found

Error Description: Line 13: Customer Taylor Jane could not be found.
Resolution: The customer name in the import file (column D - customer_company_name for businesses or columns E and F - customer_given_name and customer_surname for individuals) does not match with a customer in the system. Check to make sure that the name matches. The complete name needs to match.

Matching payment not found

Error Description: Line 14: Matching payment term could not be found. Please ensure you have a matching payment term set up..
Resolution: Make sure that the Payment Terms, which you can also import or directly enter, match the Terms net in column K.
