Product Catalog is a view of your products organized by product categories. It is designed to give you a quick way of locating a product and then quickly add the product to a new sales order for a customer. You are taken through a shopping cart checkout process to create the sales order.
You can search for a product in the product catalog . The search will search the product part number, description. To be able to add a product for a new sales order, you must select a customer first which you can do at the top of the page. To add a product to a new sales order, enter the quantity to add and use the Add Product to cart button to add product in the cart. The number of items in the cart is shown at the top right corner of the screen. Keeping adding products to the cart until you are done. Click on the cart text to view items in cart. Click on continue to continue the process. At the end , you will be taken to the sales order screen and you can send out the sales order.
