[VA-5529] - Add the ability for user to change the pagination size (and remember it via a cookie) for the catalog page on portal
[VA-5534] - Add option to Sales by customer report and sales by region report to only show sales by product and make both report available in dashboard
[VA-5602] - Update warning message about entering a ship date that is before the PO Date
[VA-5530] - When an order is placed in the portal, email the user who placed the order a copy of the order as confirmation.
