14. How to Run Reports

Overview

Versa Cloud ERP has extensive reporting capabilities. Reports can be accessed from Reports Menu.

There are standard financial reports you can access like Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance. Additional Reports can be created using the built-in report builder. See more details here.

For other non-financial reports, they are grouped by categories. You can access all reports from the Report Menu, All Reports. There is a different report builder for non-financial reports.

Click on the report menu to the left would allow you to see all the reports in the category. Click on any report to run it. If a report has additional filters and options, you can fill in the filers before running the report.

If you run a report often, you can add it to my report section by clicking on the Add to My Report button after running a report.
