16. How to Create a New Report (custom report builder)

There are standard financial reports you can access like Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance in Versa Cloud ERP. There are also many non-financial reports,

Additional financial reports can be created using the build-in financial report builder.

For other non-financial reports, there is a different report builder for non-financial reports. Such reports are built using Data Sources. See details about Data Sources.

Click on Report menu and choose to Create New. You have the choice of creating a financial report or a custom report based on data source under Report Type. Make the choice and then choose the name of the report and a report title (to show in the body of the report), the category to put the report under. Click on Create to create a blank report. You would then be able to design the report.
