Setup -> User Management
Users can be assigned to the specific entities by user admin. When a user is assigned to an entity, the user can log into the entity and switch from another entity to this entity.
Assignment can be done when the new user is created or set for existing users.
When editing a user record, the firm admin is able to assign a user to more than one entity. After selecting a entity, click on the right arrows under Entities to move it to the allow entities list. To remove an entity from allow entities list, click on the left arrows .
In this example below, testuser can access two entities: VersAccounts Test Entity Limited (Calgary) and VersAccounts Test Entity Limited (US). When the testuser logs in to the system the VersAccounts Test Entity Limited (Calgary) will be displayed as default. To switch between entities the Switch Internal Organizations need to be checked (in permission records for the user).
