[VA-9660] - Batch Shipping Using Kit default packaging information
- When shipping orders using shipment batch by adding orders to a batch and then going to the batch to ship orders, if the order is eligible to be shipped using a pre-defined kit package size ship the order by creating packages according to the definition.
[VA-9688] - Allow user to post invoices that are dated before the trial balance import date
- After the trial balance is imported, if the user tries to post an invoice before the date, the system should not post to revenue, cogs, or taxes payable. Doing so would alter the opening balance of the trial balance.
- Instead, the system will just post to Parent AR and AR account for the customer. This way, the balance of the AR account itself is not affected as we are just debiting AR and Crediting AR.
- The purpose of doing this is so the user can import the trial balance and then import the opening receivable later. Normally, we expect the trial balance and opening receivable to be imported at the same time but the user might choose to defer the later.
- The invoice will remain on aging and the user can receive payment later. When payment is received, we will credit child AR for the customer, and debit Cash.
- This is different from importing historical invoices which do not post at all to any DL accounts. Importing historical invoices is purely for users to record sales data from the past.
[VA-9690] - Create a report quantities on production build to report on builds
- Versa has created a Report 'Quantities on Production Build' It will report BOMS usage inside production builds. The report can be filtered by date, status, and by the BOM product.
- Change quantities on the work order report to just show work orders as it currently shows production build as well.
[VA-9600] - 'Deposit To' field for payment batch wider
- Versa has extended the 'Deposit to' drop-down wider so that the user can see the last 4 digits of the account number at a glance.
