[VA-9590] - Support OAuth for FedEx and migrate to REST

• FedEx now mandates OAuth2 as the authentication method. Versa has added a new checkbox to the FedEx carrier record to indicate if a connection is OAuth. If it is, the user is redirected to the FedEx site for authorization.
• In addition, Versa will now use the newer REST-based API instead of SOAP.

[VA-9800] - Show shipping line on the order detail modal window

• In Versa, when viewing a list of orders from the View All Sales order page, the user can click on the order detail link to see a list of products on the order.  We have added this to the service line as well, and now users can see the Shipping Preference details.
