[VA-9418] - Add default adjustment and category to customer import
- Versa has added Customer Adjustments to the import/export menu under tools.
- This will enable the user to import all adjustments for the customer.
- The fields in the CSV file are company_name, identifier,adjustment_type,product_category, and adjustment_percentage.
- Product category can be blank, and there can only be one adjustment with no category per customer. So rows with no category will replace whatever the current adjustment is with no category for the customer.
- Adjustment type can be auto-created if the user also provided an adjustment percentage, but only if an adjustment percentage is provided. If an adjustment percentage is provided and an existing adjustment type is provided, the percentage in the adjustment type will be updated.
- There is a special column 'delete' if the value is 'true'. Then the system will find a matching adjustment for the product category (can be nil) or adjustment type, then delete it.
[VA-9891] - Create new widget for pipelines
- Versa has added a new widget called Pipeline under the category CRM. But only for firms with the feature CRM Pipeline and users with the permission CRM.
- This widget will have a select that is all the pipelines that the user has defined. Then it will list all the statuses that are assigned to the pipeline and list them in columns with the column header being the name of the status. If a pipeline has 10 statutes, then there will be 10 columns.
- For each column, it will list all the opportunities that are assigned to the status. There can be many opportunities per status, so use pagination to limit the records shown per column. The opportunities will be sorted as per the status by the created date, with the latest one at the top. For each column, list the total value of all opportunities at the bottom.
[VA-9916] - Add a new setting to allow a firm to choose its consolidating entity
- Versa has added a setting to Feature Settings> Company Settings to enable users to choose which currency is the consolidating entity. If any internal organization/entity's currency is different from this currency, then a list of exchange rates needs to be provided in setup, exchange rates in order for consolidating financial reports to run.
