VA-7853- Reorganization of UI for product edit page

• Put sections into different tabs and arrange buttons and layout to be consistent with other screens.

VA-7863- Create new tabs for customer record page and screen reorganization

• Put portal setting, credit cards into new tabs.

VA-7787- Add refresh button to allow multiplier refresh in bill, invoice page

• For foreign transactions that require multiplier (exchange rates), add a refresh button to allow user to fetch latest exchange rates imported . Exchange rates are imported from Setup, Imports and Exports.
