Release Notes

[VA-9966] - User can filter using quick tags on the sales order listing page

• Versa will now enable users to filter orders by Quick tags on the Sales Order Listing page

[VA-9968] - Avoid conflict with user-generated barcodes

• When users use an EAN13 barcode that begins with 20 to 26 (like start to pick barcode, mark as picked, ready to ship for picklist barcode), this can conflict with the barcode user-generated, which can be for any value. 
• Versa will check if the barcode value is in EAN 13 format (all numbers) before determining if this is a system-generated barcode.

[VA-9969] - User can export the current bin location and its counts to CSV

• In the bin location transaction page, users can upload a CSV to upload the bin location count. We have added a link for the user to export the current bin location counts.

[VA-9971] - User can batch post invoices

• In Versa from the invoice listing view, when the user clicks on the un-post view, we have added a new button, Post invoices, and the user can click on it to bring up a pop-up window asking for a date range to use to select invoices. Leaving the date range blank will select all unposted invoices. 

[VA-9973] - Import Shopify order with no payment transaction details with payments

• Certain orders created by other apps in the Shopify store contain no payment details and just financial status. 
• Versa has added a new setting in the webstore, " Import Payment for Orders Missing Payment Detail," to allow users to import such orders as paid. Once this is checked, such orders will have payment imported.

[VA-9976] - Use consistent formatting when looking up products in the transaction entry screen

• When there are multiple trading names for a part number, the trading names do not show in the same format as a part with no additional trading names. It shows the product name (PN part_number) while products with no additional trading name show as part number/stocking description.
• Versa has changed the additional trading name to show as product name/product description as well.
