Release Notes

[VA-10203] - Show additional selling price as columns in reports

• For 'Inventoried Products/Parts Listing', Product Listing with Prices, Product Listing with Prices by Part Number reports, if there are multiple prices by price levels, the prices will be shown as additional columns in the report
• For the inventory product listing report, users can also filter by price dimension, which will limit the number of price columns shown in the report.
• If a firm has no dimension assigned to prices, then only one column price is shown.

[VA-10205] - Add ship to date to the Customer sales by products report

• Versa has added a new column to it that lists the province/state field of the ship to party of the invoice. If the ship to party is missing, Versa will use the party of the customer bill on the invoice
• Also, added the State as a filter to the Sales Tax On Invoices report, and show the customer's state if there is no ship to address
• Add a state filter to Sales Tax by Invoice Line Item and show the customer's state if there is no ship-to address

[VA-10206] - Changes to customer sales by product to fetch COGS from purchase price

• Versa will now enable the use of the price from the most recent PO to determine COGS, or apply the purchase price policy if no PO exists. This is required because sometimes the user does not have accurate inventory costs loaded in the system, resulting in incorrect COGS postings.

• For this, Versa has added this as a report parameter: “Report COGS from PO Price.”

• Additionally, introduce a parameter: “Report Sales Total by Kit.” When enabled, sales for kit components should be grouped under the kit parent item, with the COGS of the kit components rolling up to the parent.

[VA-10208] - Custom Report Changes for Glory Wheels

[VA-10209] - Move AI chat to be a panel dock to the right.

• Versa has moved its AI Agent Chat option to the top right on the Versa page next to the user's name. The user will show/hide the chat window using the toolbar icon at the top.

[VA-10214] - Adjustment to cash flow projection report to handle bills with payments paid in the future.

• Future-dated bills will now be included in the cash flow projection report.

[VA-10082] - Make shipping appear in sales by sales order report

• In the Sales by Sales Order report, Versa has added a “Show Service” option. Enabling this option allows users to include service lines from Sales Orders in the report.
