Review expected customer payments

AR Cash Predictability prepares a rolling forecast of expected accounts-receivable cash and highlights forecasted collections that may need attention.

It helps finance and collections teams review expected incoming cash before a missed or uncertain payment becomes a surprise. Forecasts remain drafts until an authorized user locks them.

Who can use this playbook?

Your company needs the Ops Agents feature, and the correct entity must be selected.
Users need their usual AR access to review forecast information.
Editing the playbook or locking a forecast requires Ops Center Admin.

Where to find it

Select your entity.
Open Ops Engine > Agents.
Select AR Cash Predictability.
Open the AR Cash Predictability Insight when you are ready to review a forecast.

How it works

The playbook creates rolling weekly forecast drafts for the current and future planning weeks.
Review the forecast in the AR Cash Predictability Insight and investigate collection risk.
Urgent at-risk forecasted collections can appear in Ops Center for follow-up.
When the forecast is ready, an authorized user locks it. Later draft generation does not change locked or closed forecasts.

What an administrator can customize

Turn Auto-generate weekly AR cash forecast drafts on or off.
Set the Forecast horizon. The editor shows the maximum available number of weeks.
Adjust the run cadence and any available review or output settings.

AR Cash Predictability and cash planning

This playbook helps your team forecast expected customer payments. It does not post payments, change invoices, or contact customers automatically. Review the related invoice and use your usual collection workflow before taking action.

If you do not see a forecast

Confirm the correct entity and AR permissions.
Confirm that the playbook is active and draft generation is enabled.
Wait for the next playbook run if the settings were just changed.
Ask an administrator to confirm the Ops Agents feature and your access.
