Review older order work

Aged open order follow-up highlights older open-order work that may need a status update, customer communication, or supplier follow-up.

It gives your order-management team a consistent queue for reviewing delayed work. The team decides what action is appropriate for each order.

Who can use this playbook?

Your company needs the Ops Agents feature. Users see resulting work according to their normal order-management access; editing the playbook requires Ops Center Admin.

Where to find it

1. Select your entity.
2. Open Ops Engine > Agents.
3. Select Aged open order follow-up.
4. Open Ops Center to review the matching open-order items.

How it works

1. The playbook finds open-order work that meets its available age or timing conditions.
2. Matching work appears in Ops Center when display is enabled.
3. Open the order to check its current status and decide the next step.
4. When supplier-draft review is enabled, a user can prepare supplier confirmation drafts for linked purchase orders from the review flow.

Customize the review

• Set the available age or timing conditions.
• Choose whether matching work appears in Ops Center.
• Turn on Show a Review supplier drafts action in Ops Center when your team wants to prepare supplier confirmation drafts for linked purchase orders.
• Adjust the run cadence and any available AI-assisted judgment instructions.

What does not change

Supplier drafts are prepared only when a user opens the review flow. Recently sent supplier follow-ups are skipped. The playbook does not update an order or send a supplier message by itself.

If expected work is missing

• Confirm the correct entity and your order-management permissions.
• Open the order to confirm it remains open and meets the configured age conditions.
• Confirm that the playbook is active and display in Ops Center is enabled.
