Shipping and receiving Ops Center follow-up brings ready-to-ship, partially shipped, and open-picklist work into a consistent warehouse review list.

It helps the warehouse team see the operational work that needs attention without changing shipment, receiving, or picking records automatically.

Who can use this playbook?

Your company needs the Ops Agents feature. Users see resulting work according to their normal shipping and receiving access; editing the playbook requires Ops Center Admin.

Where to find it

Select your entity.
Open Ops Engine > Agents.
Select Shipping and receiving Ops Center follow-up.
Open Ops Center to review the matching warehouse work.

What it reviews

Orders that are ready to ship.
Partially shipped work that may need attention.
Open picklists.

Customize the review

Use the available conditions to focus on the shipments or picklists that matter most.
Keep display in Ops Center enabled when the team needs a shared operational queue.
Set the run-again interval to match the pace of warehouse work.
Add team notes that explain how to handle the resulting items.

What does not change

The playbook identifies work for review. Picking, receiving, packing, and shipping still use the normal Versa workflows and permissions.

If expected work is missing

Confirm the correct entity and your shipping or receiving permissions.
Check that the underlying shipment or picklist still meets the configured conditions.
Confirm that the playbook is active and wait for the next run after a setting change.
