Keep commitments visible
Follow-up Ops Center reminders brings overdue, due-today, and upcoming follow-up reminders into one operational work list.
It helps your team keep commitments visible and decide which customer or internal follow-up needs attention next. It does not close or change a reminder for you.
Who can use this playbook?
Your company needs the Ops Agents feature. Users see resulting work according to their normal follow-up access; editing the playbook requires Ops Center Admin.
Where to find it
- Select your entity.
- Open Ops Engine > Agents.
- Select Follow-up Ops Center reminders.
- Open Ops Center to review the reminder work list.
What it reviews
- Overdue follow-up reminders.
- Follow-ups due today.
- Upcoming follow-ups.
Customize the review
- Use the available timing conditions to focus the list.
- Keep display in Ops Center enabled for a shared follow-up queue.
- Adjust the run cadence to suit how often the team reviews reminders.
- Add notes that clarify ownership or the intended follow-up process.
What does not change
The playbook makes reminder work easier to see. The related Notes or CRM Notes remain the source for the follow-up details, completion, and communication history.
If expected reminders are missing
- Confirm the correct entity and your access to the related follow-up.
- Open the related Note or CRM Note to confirm its due date and status.
- Confirm that the playbook is active and wait for the next run after a setting change.
