Who can use this playbook?

Your company needs the Ops Agents feature. Users see resulting work according to their normal manufacturing access; editing the playbook requires Ops Center Admin.

Where to find it

Select your entity.
Open Ops Engine > Agents.
Select Manufacturing Ops Center follow-up.
Open Ops Center to review the matching production work.

What it reviews

Work orders that need operational attention.
Production builds that need review.

Customize the review

Use available filters to focus on the most important manufacturing work.
Keep matching items visible in Ops Center for the production team.
Adjust the run-again interval and any AI-assisted judgment instructions shown in the editor.
Add team notes that describe the expected next step.

What does not change

The playbook identifies production work for review. Work-order, build, inventory, and completion actions still use the normal Versa controls and permissions.

If expected work is missing

Confirm the correct entity and your manufacturing permissions.
Open the work order or build to confirm it still meets the configured conditions.
Confirm that the playbook is active and display in Ops Center is enabled.
