Print Price List creates a PDF of products and their configured price lines. Use it when a sales or product team needs a catalog-style pricing reference to review or print. Check the PDF before sharing it: the report lists product price components, not a price calculated for a particular customer or order.
Check the product prices first
Select the entity whose product catalog you want to review. Open the relevant products and check their selling prices, units, currencies, and quantity breaks. For an existing product, Set Prices opens its configured price components. Ask an authorized product editor to correct a price before generating a new report; printing the list does not change product data.
The price list is available from Products > Product/Inventory > Print Price List when the product/inventory menu is available. That menu entry is shown to users with Inventory Control Full Access or Inventory Control Read Only. Users with Sales or Purchasing access may also be permitted to open the report from a link available to them. If you cannot open it, ask your administrator to check your access and the selected entity.
Generate and review the PDF
- Choose Print Price List. Versa generates a PDF that your browser displays or downloads.
- Find each product by name. Under it, review every listed price line: quantity break, unit of measure, price, and currency. A product can have several lines when its configured price components differ.
- Compare the PDF with the audience and pricing decision. Confirm that the intended products and their current units, currencies, and quantity breaks are present before printing or sending it.
The report may include a product that is marked hidden, because this PDF does not filter hidden products out. If an obsolete or confidential product appears, do not circulate that copy. Changing only its hidden setting will not remove it from this report. Ask the product owner to review the catalog and use an approved alternative for the intended audience.
What the list does not decide
The PDF does not show stock availability, apply a customer-specific pricing decision, create a quote, or confirm that a listed price is appropriate for a particular sale. Before offering a price, the sales or pricing owner should check the applicable customer terms and any current pricing rules. For product creation and maintenance, see How to Create a New Product.
If the PDF is unavailable or a price is missing
Confirm the selected entity and that products exist in its catalog scope. Open the product and check Set Prices for the expected unit, currency, and quantity break. Reprint the list after an authorized editor saves a correction. A missing price line should not be filled in by assuming a price from another unit or currency.
