Quick action logs shows collections, sales, and purchasing staff who sent payment reminders, quote and opportunity follow-ups, or supplier purchase-order emails from Ops Center. Review it before sending another follow-up to the same party.
Current actions are recorded when sent. Opened new entries appear only for older activity.
Before you start
- Access: Select the correct entity. An administrator must enable Enable Ops Engine: Generate Daily Pulse, Ops Center & Business Momentum in Setup > Feature Settings > AI Agent. You also need access to the area being reviewed. Firm Admin access alone does not grant every area.
- Accounts Receivable: Requires Accounts Receivable, Accounts Receivable Full Access, Accounts Receivable Read Only, or Financial Reports.
- Sales: Requires Sales or CRM Pipeline. Purchasing: Requires Purchasing or Receiving.
Review recent actions
- Open OpsEngine > Ops Center. Next to Quick action logs, select Accounts Receivable, Sales, or Purchasing, according to your access. For payment reminders, you can also open OpsEngine > Cash Collection, then choose Reminder activity > View reminder activity.
- Use Area to choose another permitted area. The list reloads when you change it.
- Set From and To dates if you need a specific period, then select Apply. Show all dates opens a new tab without the date filter.
- Read When, User, Action, Record, and Pulse snapshot day together. Sent identifies a recorded send. Opened new appears only for older activity and does not mean the message was sent. The snapshot day identifies the Ops Center data being reviewed. Times use the company's timezone, or Eastern Time if none is set.
- Select the link in Record to open the invoice, quote, or order. Check its current state and any customer or supplier response before choosing another follow-up.
The list shows 30 rows per page. Use the page controls to inspect older activity.
Coordinate the next contact
The account owner should decide whether another message is appropriate after reviewing the action history, the current record, and any reply received outside Versa. Bulk reminder batches started from OpsEngine appear as sent actions here. Emails sent with a document's ordinary Email action do not. A log entry does not prove that the recipient read the email or that the business issue is resolved.
For automated overdue reminders, see Dunning Schedules. For the wider workspace, see Ops Center Powered by AI.
If you don't see what you expect
- Ops Center is unavailable: Ask an administrator to check the entity's Ops Center setting and your area access.
- An area is missing: The selector shows only areas you may access.
- Access is refused: If Versa says Quick action logs are not available for that area, or you do not have access., ask an administrator to check your permission for that area.
- No entries appear: Check the area and date range, then select Show all dates. There may be no recorded quick actions for that area yet.
- A message seems missing: Confirm that it was sent through an Ops Center quick action. Other email and automatic reminder processes are separate.
