Release Notes:

[VA-8322] - AvaTax integration. Only create a customer if the customer is tax exempt

• We will only create a customer in Avalara if the customer has an entity use code that is not non-exempt taxable or has no entity use code. In another case, we will send the customer code with the transaction.
• Customers in AvaTax are meant to be used to manage tax-exempt certificates.

[VA-8326] - Stop User from creating a new build with no assembly selected

• In Versa a user is not allowed to create a new build with no assembly selected

[VA-8330] - When drilling down from cash account to accounting transaction details, hide all report options with no values set

• When drilling the drop-down from cash account to accounting transaction details, Versa now hides all report options with no values set.
