The general steps are:
* Load your products, prices and inventory levels into Versa. They can be imported from your Shopify store or manually import from Versa Product Import
* Set up your charts of accounts and import account balance. If you are already using an accounting system, you can copy the data from the current system and use the import and export area at Tools menu to bring in the balances.
* Bring in customer or suppliers information from current system/spreadsheet. Or you can enter them as you go.
*Wait for order to be imported into Versa and ship the orders in Versa.
