Adding Freight Collect information

Hello! 

We have several Retail Partners that use a Freight Collect number.  Is there an area under the customer to enter the number, so it automatically appears on the sales order?

  Hi Brittney,

  You can create a new custom field on customer record and use that to store the Freight Collect number.

  Custom fields are defined in set up menu, custom fields. You can create different type of custom field.

  If you want the custom field on customer to appear on the printed sales order, you would need to customize the sales order custom forms. See here for more details on how to customize the forms.
