I am missing a Shopify order in Versa, what do I do?

    Sometimes there are issues bringing an order into Versa.  If there is an issue, it will be logged in Versa.  To see these logs, go to Tools, Webstores, then next to your Shopify store, look for logs.  Look through the sync log to see if that order had something wrong and it was not able to come into Versa.  

    This could also be due to the settings you have for your webstore.  For example, If the order is not paid, and you have it set to skip unpaid orders, you will not see it in Versa until it is marked as paid in Shopify.
